1. The service
The Fool is a tool for tarot-inspired reflection. Features may include card draws, stored meanings, interpretations, journals, favorites, accounts, subscriptions, and visual decks. We may improve or change features while preserving any non-waivable rights and purchase entitlements.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms where you live. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the app only with that permission.
3. Guest use and accounts
You may use supported features as a guest or with an account. A guest session remains on that device until you convert or delete it. You are responsible for protecting account access and for telling us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
4. Reflection, not professional advice
The app is not a religion, medical service, legal practice, therapist, emergency service, or financial adviser. A reading describes possibilities and themes. It does not predict death, illness, legal outcomes, or money, and it does not decide whether you should leave or stay with someone.
Cards are chosen on the device by the Reading Engine. Artificial intelligence never selects a card and may only interpret a draw that already exists. You remain responsible for every decision you make.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits it, submit illegal or harmful content, or use the service to harm another person.
6. Your content and our materials
You retain rights in questions and journal content you create. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, process, and return that content when you request the relevant feature.
The app, card artwork, writing, brand, software, and bundled materials belong to Dvx labs or its licensors. Your license is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable under these terms.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments through the App Store. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment methods are governed by Apple and the purchase terms shown at checkout. Separate visual deck purchases remain available to the Apple ID that bought them. Premium does not automatically unlock every deck.
See our Purchases and Subscriptions page for details.
8. Updates, suspension, and deletion
We may update the app, these terms, and bundled content. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, or a serious breach of these terms.
You may stop using the app at any time. Settings includes controls to delete a guest session or signed-in account. Removing the app deletes local data that was never synchronized. Purchases remain with your Apple ID.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dvx labs is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by reliance on a reading or by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing terms and disputes
The laws applicable at the developer’s place of establishment govern these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
11. Contact
