Purchases & Subscriptions

The Fool keeps the free ritual useful and separates Premium access from visual deck ownership.

1. What is free

  • The Original deck.
  • Daily Card and One Card.
  • A limited number of Three Card readings each week.
  • The card library, a local journal, and offline meanings.

2. Premium subscriptions

Premium unlocks advanced spreads, a larger allowance for deep interpretations, and Ask Your Cards. The exact plan, billing period, local price, and included trial, if any, appear in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

Premium access continues while the subscription is active. It does not automatically unlock every visual deck.

3. One-time visual deck purchases

Celestial, Japanese, Arcane, and later visual decks may be sold separately as non-consumable purchases. A purchased deck remains associated with the Apple ID that bought it even if a Premium subscription ends.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

Apple processes payment through your App Store account. An active subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date shown by Apple. Apple charges your account under the terms displayed and confirmed at purchase.

Prices can vary by country, currency, tax, and App Store pricing. Any price change is handled under Apple’s notice and consent rules.

5. Manage or cancel

Open iPhone Settings, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, or use the Manage Subscription control inside The Fool. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not usually end access before the paid period expires. Apple also provides current billing and subscription help.

6. Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in The Fool after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Make sure the device uses the same Apple ID that completed the purchase. If an entitlement does not return, contact support with the product name and purchase date, but never send full payment card details.

7. Refunds

Apple controls billing and refund eligibility under the App Store rules of your country. Submit a request through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Dvx labs cannot issue an App Store refund directly or refund a reading after a card has been drawn.

8. Help

Visit Support or email [email protected] for purchase restoration help.
